1. Mandatory 48-Hour Request Window
For any return or exchange (including 7-day option):
➡️ You must raise your request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
2. 7-Day Exchange (Everyday Luxury Jewellery)
You can exchange your Everyday Luxury jewellery within 7 days, only if:

There is a genuine quality issue
Change of mind, size problems, or personal preference are not eligible.
3. EXCHANGE / BUYBACK VALUE
Enjoy buyback benefits on your PryORA jewellery as part of our Everyday Luxury Jewellery promise.
Receive up to 15% of the product value as store credit towards your next purchase.

5. Conditions for All Everyday Luxury Jewellery Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:

This policy applies only to Premium jewellery.
At PryORA World, we take immense pride in offering high-quality handcrafted jewellery and accessories. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how we can assist you.
All PryORA jewellery comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also offer Lifetime Polishing Services at a nominal charge of ₹300 per piece.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You have received a wrong item, damaged product, or defective piece.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel to showing the product) is mandatory to process any claim.
Products are not eligible for return or exchange in the following cases:
- Change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
- Items purchased during sale, offers, or clearance events.
- Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration made after delivery.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video.
- Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process and provide a pickup or return address if applicable.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer after verification.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to get a replacement for a defective or wrong item, a new order will be created once your return is approved.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Please do not accept the package from the courier.
- Contact us immediately with clear photos and videos of the package condition.
- We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution.

Our Lifetime Exchange Policy for Premium Jewelry gives you the flexibility to upgrade to new designs anytime you wish.
Lifetime Exchange Value – 15% to 30%
**Exchange your old Premium Jewelry for new designs at 15% to 30% OFF on the purchase value. The exact discount will be confirmed after inspection of your old piece. This offer is not applicable on items purchased during sale, discounts, or clearance offers.
